Marc A. Lovell is a trial lawyer who protects the interests of trucking / transportation companies, product manufacturers and their insurance carriers. He leads Harlin Parker's Rapid Response Team which provides 24 hours / 7 days per week emergency investigation and representation to the transportation and manufacturing industry. Marc provides emergency response services in Kentucky & throughout the central region of the United States. He serves as Regional Counsel for transportation and insurance companies covering 10 states.
Marc argues appellate cases before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Kentucky Supreme Court. He regularly litigates cases in state and federal courts across Kentucky. He is a pro-business advocate.
